A little about me…

I was first introduced to Bach Flower Therapy in 2015, after the birth of my first child. He was scheduled to have a tongue tie revision and I was desperate to support him in any way that I could. That’s when I found an interesting blend online, which contained both homeopathic and flower remedies. It was from that point on that I grew more and more fascinated with vibrational medicine. I studied homeopathy, Ayurveda and various energy modalities and eventually I found my way back to Bach Flowers. They captivated me — the beauty of the flowers, the way that I could feel and connect with each description, the brilliant ideas of Dr. Edward Bach, and mostly the simplicity of it all.

In terms of education, I’ve officially taken two trainings — one with a family of Bach Flower Practitioners based out of India and another to learn how to utilize flower remedies with certain acupuncture points. Mostly, though, my entire family and I have been getting to know these flowers firsthand for several years, by experiencing them. They’ve supported us through extremely challenging times, major life transitions and even in transforming long-held patterns and perspectives.

My husband and I have both witnessed countless successes [some of which you’ll hear about in the course] and with each passing year, I gain more and more respect for this under-rated system. Edward Bach was committed to keeping his system simple so that it could be used by families — by mothers. And as a mother myself, I know the positive impact that these remedies have had on my family. This is what led me here, to sharing them with you. ♡

  • After you sign up, you will be invited to join our community on the Circle app. The course + discussion group [and any Live calls!] will be hosted there. The course is self-guided and contains a mix of video and text modules, as well as downloadable PDFs.

  • You do not need a full kit to participate in this course, but it is highly recommended. When I first started, I did so by collecting one or two remedies at a time. That was before I realized that it is much more cost-effective to just buy a complete kit up front. I connected with one of the top flower essence suppliers in the US so that I could offer kits at a discount for you. If you live in the US and want one of these kits, choose the bundle course + kit option at checkout.
